What is this?
Noxary, a long-standing provider of mechanical keyboard kits, has gone silent. Xondat (Anthony), the owner and designer, has not been replying to support messages, his friends, or his buyers. Hundreds of buyers are now out for between $700 and $4000+ CAD worth of keyboards that might not be made or delivered. In some cases boards have been stuck in poorly described delays for years while others have allegedly arrived at the warehouse. No evidence of fulfilment has come through.
The considerable delays, lack of communication to his buyers and friends, and reluctance to provide evidence to any claims points to an “exit scam”. Intentional or otherwise buyers are entitled to product or their money back.
On August 30th, 2023 the first reports of Noxary.com going down were shared and confirmed. The site and all product listings and updates are now gone.
At this time, and with all the available evidence, it’s safe to assume that Noxary is over and no product will ship.
Sometime in late September the community shared that charge backs were being disputed. Xondat has said on a number of occasions (noted below) that product beyond the XRF would be refunded but has refused to elaborate on time and continues to ignore community questions. Again, no product has been shipped, most has not been made, and Noxary is effectively closed.
