Cracked open and cleaned. Complete disassembly - plate is rusted to hell but gave it a good scrub while the caps and sliders & housings soaked. Rebuilt mostly stock. Replaced domes with deskey blue on all 2u+ keys and lubed wires. Sounds much better but this layout is really tricky
